Join Forager and Jai-Alai Books for a special evening of foraged cocktails at The Freehand Miami.
Gabriel Orta and Elad Zvi of The Broken Shaker will make specialty cocktails using plants generously donated by Robert Is Here and foraged by Tiffany Noé and George Echevarria. Some of the fruits, plants and herbs will be transformed into bitters, while others will act as tropical garnishes.
Here is the special menu:
- Hibiscus Collins - Florida hibiscus, citrus, herbs with vodka
- Oregano old fashioned - Fresh Cuban oregano with Bourbon and bitters
- Key lime caipirinha - Fresh key limes with vanilla sugar and cachaca
Noé, Echevarria, and Nick Vagnoni will sign copies of Forager: A Subjective Guide to Miami's Edible Plants.
